HOTEL SERVICES IN PANAMA CITY, PANAMA

The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) is hosting a conference in Panama City, Panama, and is seeking a contractor to provide hotel services for the event. The contractor will be responsible for providing a safe and secure location for the conference, as well as lodging, meals, and conference rooms for the participants. The contractor will also be required to provide audiovisual equipment and technical support for the conference. The period of performance for the contract is from August 10-13, 2026. Some key requirements for the contractor include: • Providing a hotel location within three miles of the USSOUTHCOM headquarters in Panama City, Panama • Providing a representative to act as a liaison with the Government Representative • Providing a list of on-call hotel points-of-contact who have the authority to resolve issues affecting their areas of support • Ensuring that any maintenance or repairs of hotel equipment are corrected immediately at the contractor's expense • Providing dedicated internet access for the Administration Room and other conference rooms • Providing audiovisual equipment and technical support for the conference
