Staging and Audio-Visual Services 2026 Two Days in May Conference

The Ohio Attorney General’s Office is seeking a vendor to provide staging and audio-visual services for the 2026 Two Days in May Conference, which will be held on May 18-19, 2026, at the Hilton Columbus Downtown in Columbus, Ohio. The conference is expected to have approximately 870 attendees and will require various audio-visual equipment and services, including screens, projectors, microphones, and lighting. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and services, as well as ensuring that the event is produced in a manner that is conducive to listening and learning. The vendor will also be required to work with the AGO and the Hilton Columbus Downtown to ensure that all technical and logistical aspects of the event are handled properly. • The conference will have 7 concurrent breakout sessions each day, which will require audio-visual equipment and services. • The ballroom sessions will require large screens, projectors, microphones, and lighting. • The vendor will be responsible for setting up and tearing down all equipment, as well as providing technical support during the event. • The vendor will also be required to work with a third-party in-house AV vendor to accommodate their needs.
