The U.S. Embassy in Guatemala is seeking a vendor to provide Dell software and hardware extended‑warranty and technical‑support services for ten Dell PowerEdge servers and two Dell PowerStore 500T storage appliances owned by the Guatemalan National Civil Police. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price, LPTA award covering warranty and support through late 2029. The vendor must be able to deliver warranty certificates within ten days of award and handle all associated labor, parts, and VAT documentation.
