Description
The US Embassy in Guatemala is seeking a contractor to provide Dell Software and Hardware Extended Warranty and technical support services for ten Dell PowerEdge Servers and two Dell PowerStore 500T Data Storage Appliances for the Guatemalan National Civil Police. The contractor shall provide warranty coverage and technical support through October 31, 2029. The quoted prices shall include all costs necessary to provide the required warranty coverage and technical support.
• The contractor shall provide warranty certificates and supporting documentation.
• The contractor shall provide labor and replacement parts as necessary.
• The contractor shall provide technical support services.
• The contract will be an IDIQ contract.
• The offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database prior to submittal of their offer/proposal.
