ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The City of El Cajon is seeking a vendor to provide a complete Asset Management System solution, including software licensing, configuration, implementation, data migration, training, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support. The contract is for a one‑year base period with up to four one‑year renewal options. The effort will require integration with existing municipal systems (Tyler ERP, GIS, work‑order platforms), mobile field capabilities, and compliance with security and accessibility standards. • Deliver a fully configured, cloud‑hosted or on‑premise asset‑management platform meeting the functional matrix (mobile UI, lifecycle tracking, preventive maintenance, reporting, etc.). • Provide project management, data migration of existing asset records, user training, and post‑implementation support with defined SLAs. • Maintain required cyber‑liability insurance ($1 million per occurrence/aggregate) and comply with CJIS, Section 508, and other security requirements.
