Judson Independent School District (JISD) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive testing, inspection, and reporting services for the fire‑alarm systems across all district campuses and facilities. The work includes annual and bi‑annual functional testing, battery and power source inspections, interface device checks (sprinkler, kitchen‑suppression, elevator‑recall), special‑gas system inspections, and detailed reporting within 24 hours of each visit. Vendors must supply licensed technicians, adhere to NFPA 72, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.164, and Texas Senate Bill 9 background‑check requirements, and provide a one‑year warranty on parts and labor. The contract is a firm‑price, two‑year agreement (June 2026 – June 2028) with up to three optional one‑year extensions and a possible ≤ 3 % price increase after the first term.
