The State of Alabama’s Department of Early Childhood Education seeks a single‑vendor, white‑label SaaS solution that provides a comprehensive information management system for early‑childhood services. The platform must integrate a childcare locator, child‑registration portal, provider‑management tools, a learning‑management system, QRIS rating capabilities, and a new Home‑Visiting data‑exchange component, all with unlimited user capacity, robust reporting, and full branding. The contractor will be responsible for design, development, implementation, data integration, training, and ongoing support, with all servers and data residing in the continental United States.
• Deliver a fully functional, integrated SaaS platform covering locator, registration, LMS, QRIS, and Home‑Visiting data exchange.
• Provide unlimited concurrent users, customizable branding, daily SFTP/API data feeds, and comprehensive analytics dashboards.
• Supply implementation services, “white‑glove” deployment assistance, training, and 24/7 support, with a launch schedule targeting full operation (except Home‑Visiting) by 09/15/2026 and complete system by 12/15/2026.
