Description
Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking qualified vendors to provide commercial plumbing maintenance and repair services for its Lufkin District facilities. The contract will cover routine maintenance, emergency repairs, pipe replacements, fixture installations, and related plumbing services across TxDOT‑owned properties in the district. Vendors must monitor the TxDOT procurement portal for any addenda and submit a complete response by the specified deadline. The anticipated contract value is approximately $1.8 million.
• Scope includes preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and parts replacement for all plumbing systems in TxDOT Lufkin District facilities.
• Services are required on an ongoing basis; the contract may be structured as an indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) or multi‑year agreement.
• Respondents must be registered on the EUNA Procurement portal and be listed on the Texas Comptroller’s Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL).
