Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) System

The County of DuPage is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) in preparation for a Request for Proposal (RFP) to be released in 2026. The purpose of this RFI is to solicit possible approaches and solutions to address a series of current challenges. The County is focused on the quality of individual responses, rather than the number of challenges addressed. Respondents may provide solutions for any number of the challenges listed. * The challenges include modernizing the County's system and improving its business processes. * The County is seeking to address these challenges through an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. * Respondents should provide solutions that can help the County achieve its goals.
