Description
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the capabilities and experience to meet qualification requirements to provide engineering services for the Lightweight Airborne Recovery System (LARS) on the HC-130J and MC-130J aircraft. The design for the LARS hardware refresh shall be a Form-Fit-Function (FFF) replacement of the current hardware components. The hardware components to be analyzed for a FFF replacement include the Control Display Unit (CDU), Direction Finding Antenna (DF), and Receiver Transmitter Assembly (RT).
• The contractor shall furnish all materials and services.
• The contractor is responsible for providing, utilizing, and maintaining all equipment and software required to perform these services.
• The period of performance for the contract is to be determined.
