The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) Area 8 is seeking a qualified contractor to provide routine HVAC maintenance, service‑call support, and minor repair services for its district facilities in the Grove Hill region. The work is limited to repair‑type activities—replacing faulty parts, fixing wiring, clearing drain lines, and repairing existing ductwork—while prohibiting any new system installations or structural demolition. The contract is a 12‑month IDIQ master agreement with up to four additional 12‑month extensions, using a pricing structure that incorporates labor rates, a percentage markup on parts, and transportation costs included in the service‑call price.
