Courier Services

The Zone 7 Water Agency is seeking a qualified and reliable contractor to provide courier services. The services will include daily pickups of 4-5 zippered pouches weighing 1-2 lbs. total, exchanged between drop off/pick up locations, and US Mail pick up. The contractor will be awarded a 2-year Blanket Purchase Order, with the term starting on July 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2028. The Agency is looking for a bidder who can provide the best value, considering factors such as cost, experience, quality, and reputation. • The courier services will be performed Tuesday through Thursday, excluding County observed holidays. • The route will include pickups at Parkside Facility, North Canyons Facility, Del Valle Facility, Patterson Pass Facility, and return to Parkside Facility. • The contractor must be regularly and continuously engaged in the business of providing courier services for at least three years. • The contractor must possess all necessary permits, licenses, and professional credentials. • The contractor must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations concerning equal employment opportunity requirements.
