Event Staging System

Lander University is seeking qualified vendors to supply, install, and deliver a complete Event Staging System for campus events. The contract covers the provision of modular staging platforms, risers, trusses, lighting rigs, audio‑visual supports, and related accessories, as well as on‑site setup, teardown, and transportation logistics. Vendors must meet the university’s specifications for safety, durability, and aesthetic integration with existing facilities. • Provide all staging components (platforms, risers, trusses, etc.) required for a variety of event sizes. • Deliver, install, test, and dismantle the system on the university’s campus. • Include transportation, storage, and on‑site technical support during the event timeframe. • Ensure compliance with university safety standards and local building codes. • Offer warranty, maintenance, and post‑event service as needed.
