East Steet Housing - Morris Housing Authority

The Morris Housing Authority is seeking a contractor to construct the remaining infrastructure, building foundations, building structures, driveways, and parking for 8 units of affordable housing in 2 one-story slab-on-grade buildings of 4 units each. Initial site preparation work will already be completed before this phase of work starts. The key aspects of this project include: • Constructing the remaining infrastructure and buildings • Completing site work that will have been partially done • Following the project plans, which show all the work needed for the project • Ensuring the project is completed according to the specifications and requirements outlined in the bid package.
