Description
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is seeking a contractor to provide hazardous medical testing services to its employees. The contractor will be responsible for providing medical services, including physical exams, respiratory fit tests, and vision screens, to KYTC employees who may be exposed to hazardous substances. The contractor must have a licensed medical professional on staff and must be able to provide services at multiple locations. The contract will be for a period of two years, with the option to renew for up to two additional two-year periods.
