Source Sought for MS177B HyperSpectral Imaging (HSI) imaging spectrometer

The United States Air Force is seeking a cost estimate for modifying MS-177 legacy sensors to MS-177B sensors as part of a joint mission with an Air Force partner. The cost estimate should include unlimited rights for data, as well as any other levels of data rights offered.
