Budget estimate

$10,000,000 – $20,000,000

The budget for this contract is estimated to be around $10 million to $20 million per year, based on the estimated annual trip quantity of 32,000 and the average cost per trip. However, this is just a rough estimate and the actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the number of trips provided and the cost per trip. The contract is for a firm-fixed price, so the contractor will be paid based on the number of trips provided, regardless of the actual cost. Factors that could influence the likely payment range include the number of trips provided, the cost per trip, and the length of the contract. If the contractor is able to provide more trips than estimated, or if the cost per trip is higher than expected, the budget could be higher. On the other hand, if the contractor is only able to provide fewer trips than estimated, or if the cost per trip is lower than expected, the budget could be lower.
