Description
The City of Dublin (CA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms capable of providing on‑call IT support services on a time‑and‑materials, task‑order basis. The work is organized into six service categories ranging from general desktop/network support to citywide network security, traffic‑operations network security, field wiring and smart‑hands, physical security system integration, and on‑call electrical maintenance. The City plans to award contracts to roughly three to six firms for an initial three‑year term beginning January 19 2027, with an optional two‑year extension. Firms may qualify for one or more categories and must submit a concise SOQ (max 20 pages) by October 30 2026. Evaluation will be based on reputation, ability to perform, responsiveness, references, and rates.
