Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified HVAC contractor to provide preventive maintenance and minor repair services for the HVAC systems at the SBI Enterprise facility in Enterprise, Alabama. The work includes quarterly filter changes, fan coil inspections, drain checks, motor/belt inspections, and an annual comprehensive cleaning and safety inspection of both heating and cooling equipment. The contractor must also be able to respond to emergency calls within four hours and non‑emergency calls within 24 hours, and must maintain the required insurance coverage throughout the contract term.
• Quarterly preventive tasks (filter replacement, fan coil, drain, motor/belt)
• Annual comprehensive HVAC cleaning and safety inspections
• Emergency response within 4 hours; non‑emergency response within 24 hours
• Contract term: 12‑month base period with up to five optional one‑year extensions
• Requires Alabama HVAC contractor certification and $1 M/$500 k liability insurance
