OPEN END CONTRACT FOR WVDOF EMPLOYEE CLASS B UNIFORMS

The State of West Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide Class B uniforms for WVDOF employees. The contract will be an open-end contract, and the vendor will be required to supply uniforms as needed. The uniforms must meet specific requirements, including fabric type, color, and customization. The vendor will be responsible for delivering the uniforms within 21 calendar days of receiving an order. The contract may be renewed for successive one-year periods. Some key features of the uniforms include: • Class B Men’s and Women’s Long and Short Sleeve Lightweight Tactical Ripstop Shirts • Men’s and Women’s BDU Pants • Watch Cap • 6 Panel Ball Cap • Emblems/Logo Patches • Belt • Name Patch The vendor must provide samples for agency approval within 30 days of contract award.
