RICC Audio Visual Services

The Rhode Island Convention Center Authority is seeking a vendor to provide audio visual services for the Rhode Island Convention Center. The vendor will be responsible for providing video projection equipment and service, theatrical lighting and props, computer equipment and accessories, video conference services and capabilities, and other necessary audio visual order forms. The vendor will also be required to maintain and service existing equipment and provide daily staffing to facilitate the planning and execution of work. The contract will be for a term of three years, with options for renewal. • The vendor must have experience providing audio visual services for large events and venues. • The vendor must be able to provide a detailed list of equipment and pricing for each piece of equipment. • The vendor must be able to provide an active, qualified, competent and experienced manager to supervise vendor’s operations. • The vendor must be able to provide proof of insurance and bonding. • The vendor must be able to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
