2026-038M25 Replace Domestic and Hot Water Heating Systems Y

The State of Colorado, Department of Human Services (CDHS) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Replace Domestic and Hot Water Heating Systems YSC, CALM, NMF, NMV, and NPV Phase 1 of 4 (MVYSC) project. The project includes replacing hot water systems boilers and hot water heaters at the Platte Valley YSC facility in Greeley, Colorado. The scope of services will include full construction contracting services for the project specified during the process of construction and warranty period to the State. • The project has an estimated cost of $780,000. • The project is expected to start on 08/30/2026 and finish on 12/31/2027. • The contractor must have demonstrated specific contracting experience in projects of similar scope and complexity for at least two projects each in excess of $1,000,000. • The contractor must have demonstrated bonding capability up to $1,000,000 for an individual project. • A mandatory pre-bid conference and site tour will be held on 06/04/2026 at 1:00 pm MST.
