2025 Annual Lining Contract

The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities, is seeking bids for the 2025 Annual Lining Contract. The contract involves the rehabilitation of approximately 26,500 lineal feet of pipe ranging from 6-inches to 42-inches in diameter via cured-in-place pipe methods, and the rehabilitation of approximately 105 associated manholes with cementitious products. • The project is being funded with a loan from the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund. • The DBE goal for this project is 5.4%. • Bids are to be submitted only through Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com. • The last day to submit questions will be specified in the Invitation For Bid (IFB). • Responses to questions will be posted on Bid Express as an addendum.
