The Assabet Valley Collaborative is seeking a qualified Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver comprehensive IT services, strategic planning, and support aligned with their educational mission. The selected MSP will provide fully managed IT services, including technology strategy planning, help desk support, server and network monitoring, patch management, continuity and disaster recovery, remote backup, email system management, cybersecurity, on-site support, networking support, security monitoring, vendor management, asset management, software licensing, procurement, device deployment, device support, printer support, standardization, lifecycle management, break/fix services, move/add/change, mobile device support, reporting, account management, project management, solution design, service levels, IT policy development, hosting, onboarding/offboarding, scalability, MFA, security training, vulnerability testing, and managed SOC. • The MSP will provide support for a mixed device ecosystem, including Windows, Mac, and Chromebook devices. • The MSP will provide support for Google Workspace, Tyler Infinite Visions, Frontline, Schoolbrains, Health Office, Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Jamf. • The MSP will provide cybersecurity services, including antivirus, anti-phishing, threat protection, firewall, intrusion detection, and secure access. • The MSP will provide on-site support, including scheduled and as-needed onsite support, including office hours. • The MSP will provide networking support, including management of switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
