The State of South Carolina is seeking a commercially‑available SaaS platform to provide data‑warehousing and analytics services for Trident Technical College. The solution must ingest data from multiple campus systems, provide secure, FERPA/HIPAA‑compliant storage, and deliver both pre‑built and configurable dashboards for academic, financial, and operational reporting, with near‑real‑time refreshes. The vendor must also handle implementation, training, ongoing support, and data ownership/return at contract end.
• Cloud‑based data warehouse capable of ingesting 20‑50 GB of data from up to 500 tables (sources include Ellucian Colleague, D2L Brightspace, etc.)
• Role‑based, WCAG 2.1 AA‑compliant analytics dashboards and optional predictive models for student success
• Fixed‑price contract up to 5 years (1‑year term plus up to four 1‑year renewals), with implementation, training, and support services included
