The State of Hawaii’s Department of Health is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive event coordination services for the “Your Ohana Network” (YON). The contractor will plan, organize, and execute timely and meaningful meetings and related activities throughout 2027 to support YON members’ engagement and program effectiveness. This is a small‑purchase, open solicitation for a one‑year contract.
• Scope includes full event planning, venue selection, logistics, speaker coordination, and post‑event reporting.
• Required deliverables: a yearly event calendar, individual event work plans, on‑site coordination, and documentation of outcomes.
• Contract period: 01/01/2027 – 12/31/2027 (approximately 12 months).
• Location: Services to be performed primarily for the Maternal & Child Health Branch in Honolulu, HI.
