Description
The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a qualified commercial operator to run a 20‑year concession at the Silos Recreation Area on Canyon Ferry Reservoir. The contractor will manage campground facilities, boat‑ramp services, and a seasonal retail outlet, and must deliver a range of required improvements (office building, dock with ≥ 60 slips, gangway, credit‑card kiosk, and host‑site amenities) before the 2027 operating season. The award will be based on technical compliance and the proposed franchise‑fee percentage, with a minimum 3 % of gross receipts paid annually and participation in a Reserve Account for Repair & Replacement (RARR).
