USG ERP 3rd Party Procurement Platform

The University System of Georgia is seeking a qualified supplier to provide a cloud‑based (SaaS) procurement platform that integrates with its Workday ERP environment, together with full implementation, support, and ongoing services. The contract will be awarded to a single vendor and will initially run until the end of the fiscal year, with up‑to‑19 one‑year renewal options at the State’s discretion. The solution must include an eProcurement catalog, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, customizable workflows, analytics, and must meet stringent data‑residency, security, and compliance requirements (SOC 2, eVerify, GA tax compliance, etc.). • Core modules: eProcurement catalog, supplier enablement, contract lifecycle management, workflow automation, reporting/analytics. • Integration: Must seamlessly integrate with USG’s Workday ERP (single instance) and support punch‑out to external suppliers. • Compliance: Data stored only in the United States; SOC 2 Type II (or ISO 27001, FedRAMP) audit; eVerify; GA sales/use‑tax compliance; GA‑standard insurance. • Implementation services: Project planning, design, configuration, data conversion, testing, training, go‑live support (minimum six months post‑go‑live). • Support & SLA: 99.5 % monthly uptime, 1‑hour response for critical issues, and a structured ticket‑based support model with optional dedicated account manager.
