The School District of Philadelphia is seeking a SaaS solution to replace its custom‑built legal, contract, and matter‑management platform. The new system must support data migration (documents and metadata) from a legacy system and Google Drive, integrate with the district’s CAS‑based identity provider via SAML 2.0, and provide contract‑lifecycle, matter‑management, and public‑records capabilities. The contract will be a three‑year term, with optional multi‑vendor architectures, and the district prefers a single SaaS provider but will consider separate best‑of‑breed solutions.
