Mail Processing Services

Texas Tech University is seeking competitive proposals for mail processing services. The services include preparation, processing, and distribution of correspondence to students, parents, donors, alumni, and other targeted audiences. The correspondence may include printed express mail, certified mail, magazines, marketing materials, etc. The services will be requested on an as-needed basis, and any resulting contract will be non-exclusive and will not guarantee a minimum volume or contract value. • The proposal should include pricing for various services such as printing, mailing, and additional services. • The proposer should provide a detailed description of their experience and qualifications. • The proposer should provide a plan for how they will provide the services on an as-needed basis. • The proposer should provide information on their ability to provide discounted rates for goods and services not listed in the pricing schedule.
