The County of Montgomery is seeking a vendor to provide a three‑year uniform rental program, including the supply of new uniforms, weekly laundering, delivery, repairs, and related facility‑service products such as mops and towels. Bidders must submit sealed price quotations, include physical samples of each garment, and meet detailed specifications for garment construction, embroidery, and turnaround times. The contract will cover unlimited quantities, with the County paying for lost or destroyed items, and a 5 % local price preference is offered.
• Provide 11 sets of new uniforms per employee with annual replacements, fitting, and embroidery.
• Perform weekly pickup of soiled garments, laundering, pressing, and delivery of clean garments within a five‑day change cycle.
