Gwinnett County is seeking a qualified consultant to perform a comprehensive, manufacturer‑neutral assessment of its city‑wide video‑surveillance infrastructure. The contractor will inventory all existing cameras and related hardware, validate site‑maps, produce a current‑state report, and develop a rightsized future‑state recommendation that includes cost‑effective placement, technology refresh options, and a maintenance improvement plan.
