Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from qualified sources to perform Radiation Oncology Physician Services at the Memphis VAMC in Memphis, Tennessee. The contractor will provide Radiation Oncology services onsite at the Memphis VAMC. The period of performance is projected to be for a one-year period with an option to extend for up to six months. The contractor must adhere to Guidelines & Technical Standards for Radiation Oncology promulgated by the American College of Radiology, American Society for Radiation Oncology, and American Association for Physicist in Medicine. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing Radiation Oncology Physician services
* Maintaining current licensure and board certification
* Adhering to VA policies and procedures
* Participating in continuing education and training
* Cooperating with VA staff and other stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have experience in Radiation Oncology, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
