Description
The California Department of State Hospitals (DSH) is issuing an RFI to gauge market capability and pricing for delivering forensic‑focused community mental‑health treatment and supervision services to Sexually Violent Predator (SVP) Conditional Release Program (CONREP) clients. The agency seeks qualified vendors who can provide a full suite of clinical, case‑management, supervisory, and ancillary services on a statewide or regional basis, including 24/7 emergency response, home visits, group therapy, polygraph assessments, GPS monitoring, and extensive reporting. Responses will help shape a future solicitation but do not constitute a procurement commitment.
• Minimum qualifications include being a California‑registered medical corporation with licensed clinicians (psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers), at least five years forensic‑mental‑health experience, and the ability to provide 24/7 coverage.
• Services required span intensive individual contacts, group therapy, case management, substance‑abuse screening, risk assessments, polygraph/VRT testing, community safety team participation, and coordination with courts and correctional agencies.
• Vendors must submit a cover sheet and a ≤5‑page narrative with cost estimates (county/region/statewide) by 30 June 2026.
