Purchase and Delivery of Propane Fuel for Santa Monica Public Works

The City of Santa Monica is seeking a vendor to provide propane fuel for city vehicles. The vendor will be required to deliver propane fuel to three locations within the city, each with a 500-gallon capacity. The contract term is for five years, and the vendor will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and appurtenances necessary to provide propane fuel for city vehicles. The vendor will also be required to replace existing propane storage tanks and dispensing equipment if necessary. • The vendor must provide proof of required permits and licenses from the California Department of Motor Vehicles, California Highway Patrol, and Cal/OSHA. • The vendor must comply with all laws of the State of California and the United States, and all ordinances, rules, and regulations enacted or issued by the City. • The vendor must provide a fixed price adjustment and a fixed transportation charge. • The vendor must provide insurance as required by the City. • The vendor must comply with the City's Living Wage Ordinance and provide a Living Wage Certification Form.
