ORAS System Operation, Maintenance and Support

The Missouri Department of Corrections is seeking to purchase maintenance and support for the Ohio Risk Assessment System (ORAS). The system, which was purchased in 2019, allows the department to record and score offender risk scores and case management plans. The University of Cincinnati Research Institute is the sole owner and proprietor of the copyright in the ORAS manual and training program, making it the only feasible source for the acquisition.
