Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a complete audio‑visual solution for two Learning Resource Center conference rooms at the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center in Columbus, OH. The contractor must design, build, install, integrate, and provide one‑year support for Cisco‑approved AV equipment, large‑format displays, microphones, speakers, control panels, and related infrastructure, while coordinating with VA IT for network connectivity. The effort includes de‑installation of existing systems, site‑specific cabling, mounting, programming, training of VA staff, and post‑installation maintenance.
• Supply and install two Cisco Webex Room Kit Pro 4K systems (large and small LRC) with dual cameras, microphones (wired, wireless, handheld) and speakers.
• Provide three 86‑inch and two 75‑inch displays with mounts, touch‑panel controls, network switches, and an OFE equipment rack (government‑furnished or contractor‑furnished).
• Deliver full project services: CAD design, project management, off‑site build, on‑site installation, commissioning, training, and 12‑month support/maintenance.
