Description
The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking quotations for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of DURAFLEX diving boards, diving stands, and accessories. The successful quoter will be required to provide inspections and preventative maintenance, as well as repair or replacement of diving boards, diving stands, and accessories. The quoter must also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes, including the Uniform Commercial Code and the Palm Beach County Code.
• The quoter must provide a detailed scope of work, including the type of work to be performed, the materials and equipment to be used, and the timeline for completion.
• The quoter must also provide certifications, licenses, and permits, as required by the County.
• The quoter must comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and the Equal Business Opportunity Ordinance.
• The quoter must also comply with the County's Drug-Free Workplace Policy and the Palm Beach County Local Preference Ordinance.
