Annual Contract for Adult Radiology Services

Tarrant County is seeking a vendor to provide off-site chest X-ray acquisition and professional radiology interpretation services for adult clients of the Tarrant County Public Health Tuberculosis (TB) Clinic. The selected vendor will be required to provide same-day or scheduled diagnostic imaging, achieve a final report turnaround time of 24 hours or less for at least 95% of exams, and maintain a repeat-examination rate of 2% or less. The vendor must also comply with various regulations, including HIPAA and Texas Department of State Health Services radiation control rules. Some key requirements include: • Providing ARRT-registered, Texas-licensed radiologic technologists for image acquisition • Providing board-certified physician radiologists, licensed in Texas, to interpret all studies • Ensuring seamless DICOM and HL7 integration with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and future Epic EHR integration • Maintaining a Radiation Safety Program and complying with applicable federal, state, and local statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations
