Description
The Idaho Division of Veterans Services (IDVS) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide bulk USP‑grade liquid oxygen delivery, rental of compressed‑oxygen tanks (E‑size and H‑size), associated fills, and annual inspections/certifications of a 1,500‑gallon bulk tank and 6 × 6 high‑pressure reserve manifold tanks for the Idaho State Veterans Home – Post Falls. The contract is initially one year with four optional one‑year renewals, with monthly invoicing and a requirement for comprehensive insurance coverage.
• Deliver bulk liquid oxygen on a Monday/Friday schedule and maintain inventory for ~70 E‑size and ~8 H‑size tanks per month.
• Perform initial inspection within two weeks of contract start and annual certifications thereafter, submitting reports within one week of each inspection.
• Provide telemetry‑triggered deliveries within 2‑4 business days, and handle monthly billing by the 5th of each month at each site location.
