Scholastic Book Fair

The Colorado Department of Education is seeking a vendor to provide full-service, simultaneous in-person book fairs across multiple schools in Colorado, serving approximately 10,000-20,000 students. The primary objectives of these book fairs are to promote reading and literacy among students, provide access to a diverse selection of high-interest books, and foster a love of reading. The selected vendor must possess capabilities such as providing in-person book fairs, unlimited access to high-interest books, and turnkey operations. • The project requires the vendor to provide books for grades 1-4 across various reading levels. • The vendor must have established relationships with Colorado public schools. • The vendor must be able to serve 10,000-20,000 students across multiple schools. • The vendor must handle all school and family questions, including orders, payments, and returns.
