SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) for Laundry Cleaning Services of JSLIST Suite and Other Items

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) is seeking information from potential contractors to provide laundry cleaning services for the Joint Service Lightweight Integrated Suit Technology (JSLIST) suite and other items. The services will be provided in support of the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense (USAMRICD) located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The contractor will be responsible for picking up soiled laundry, verifying quantities, cleaning items according to specified procedures, removing soil and stains, folding, bundling, and packing cleaned items, replacing damaged or lost items, and delivering clean laundry. • The contractor must have the capability to provide laundry services for a variety of items, including JSLIST suits, barrack bags, rags, huck towels, head harnesses, gloves, and glove liners. • The contractor must be able to pick up and deliver laundry at the USAMRICD facility during regular business hours. • The contractor must be able to verify item counts and report any discrepancies to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). • The contractor must be able to provide a quality control plan and ensure that all laundry services meet the required standards.
