Operation, Monitoring and Maintenance of the Los Osos Landfill Gas Control System

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a contractor to operate, monitor, and maintain the Los Osos Landfill Gas Control System. The system includes a flare station, 20 gas extraction wells, six monitoring ports, and three gas monitoring probes. The contractor will be responsible for five tasks: flare station OM&M, well field monitoring and balancing, landfill gas extraction and treatment system reporting, non-routine OM&M, and training of county staff. The contract is intended to be awarded to SCS Engineers.
