Audio Video Equipment and Installation

The County of Fresno's Department of Behavioral Health is seeking a vendor to provide audio and video equipment and installation for the Sierra building training rooms A and B. The contract is for three years with two possible one-year extensions. The selected vendor, Sound Contracting, will provide high-quality audio and video equipment to facilitate education and training groups, as well as the ability to broadcast certain trainings over the internet. The contract value is $125,302.45, with installation costs of $26,000. • The contract includes the design, programming, and installation of audio and video equipment for the training rooms. • The vendor must have experience with large-scale audio and video installations and be able to program a central control panel to control both training rooms. • The contract has a term of three years with two possible one-year extensions based on mutual agreement. • The County of Fresno is an equal employment opportunity employer.
