On-Call Maintenance - Electrical

The Placer County Water Agency is seeking a contractor to provide on-call maintenance - electrical services for the agency's power and water system in Placer County, CA. The contractor shall provide consultation, scheduled and unscheduled/emergency services throughout the agency's power and water system. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, service, and supervision necessary to properly provide electrical maintenance services on a time and materials basis. The agency anticipates the resulting time and materials contract to be for five years in an amount not to exceed $2,500,000. • The contractor shall possess a valid State of California Class A or State of California Class C-10 contractor's license in good standing. • The contractor shall provide all necessary licenses and permits to do the work and shall comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations bearing on the conduct of the work. • The agency reserves the right to negotiate and award a contract to the most qualified proposer(s) as determined by the agency, to award multiple contracts, to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities, and to reject nonconforming, non-responsive, non-responsible, or conditional proposals.
