HVAC - PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

This contract is for the provision of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) preventative maintenance and repair services for Pinellas County's Utilities Department locations, with the option for other County Departments to utilize the contract as necessary. The contract includes all labor, equipment, and tools required for the services. The contract has a provision for a price adjustment thirty-six months after award based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for all Urban Consumers.
