FSUS Food Service Management Operations

The contract is for Food Service Management Operations for Florida State University Schools (FSUS). The selected Food Service Management Company (FSMC) will be responsible for managing the food services staff, quality control, inventory management, commodity inventory receiving and tracking, training and development of staff, operational and technical support, and other related professional services. The RFP includes requirements for the FSMC to provide a proposal, pricing matrix, and financial incentives.
