FOSTER FAMILY AGENCY SERVICES

The County of Orange has contracted with Family Connections Christian Adoptions to provide foster family agency services. The contract commenced on July 1, 2024, and will terminate on June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for an additional two years. The contractor is responsible for providing services, facilities, equipment, and supplies as described in the contract. The contract includes provisions for subcontracting, delegation, and assignment, as well as requirements for licenses, permits, and insurance. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to non-discrimination, confidentiality, and security. • The contract includes a detailed description of the services to be provided, including the population to be served, goals and strategies, and service requirements. • The contractor must maintain accurate and complete financial records and provide reports to the County as required. • The contract includes provisions for termination, dispute resolution, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must cooperate with the County in performing compliance assessments and reviews. • The contract includes a detailed description of the confidentiality and security requirements, including the protection of personally identifiable information (PII).
