Charter Bus Rentals

The City of Peoria, Arizona has awarded a contract to Industrial Bus Lines, Inc., d/b/a All Aboard America for charter bus rentals for senior adult and teen programs. The contract includes approximately 30 charter bus rentals throughout the year. The vendor will provide deluxe motorcoaches equipped with the latest in passenger comfort and convenience. The contract includes provisions for safety, maintenance, and compliance with federal and state regulations. The contract term is for 3 years, with the option to renew. The City of Peoria, Arizona reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive defects or informalities. • The contract includes a fuel surcharge of 5% if fuel prices exceed $4.00 per gallon. • The vendor will provide a driver lodging fee of $250.00 per night for out-of-town trips where the city does not provide driver lodging. • The vendor will not provide service for turnaround style trips. • The contract includes provisions for payment, with a payment term of 30 days. • The contract includes provisions for termination, with the City of Peoria, Arizona reserving the right to terminate the contract without penalty or further obligation.
