Airport Terminal Advertising Concession

This contract is for the management and maintenance of an advertising concession at the Orlando Sanford International Airport. The concessionaire, Lamar Airport Advertising Co., is responsible for designing, fabricating, and installing advertising displays, as well as managing and maintaining the concession. The contract has a term of three years, with an option to renew for an additional three years. The concessionaire is required to pay a minimum annual guarantee (MAG) of $5,000 in the first year, increasing to $10,417 in the second year and $12,500 in the third year. The concessionaire is also required to pay a percentage fee of 42% in the first year, increasing to 45% in the second and third years.
